Job summary

Parts Town is seeking an experienced Manager, BI and Data Insights to lead the Insights and Intelligence team. You will drive strategic analytics, build data products, and partner with leaders to unlock opportunities that improve profitability, market reach, and operations.

You will mentor analysts, shape the analytics roadmap, and translate business needs into actionable data solutions while promoting a culture of transparency and continuous learning.

Qualifications

• BS/BA in business, finance, statistics, computer science, information systems, or related fields.
• 5+ years of experience in an analytical role with strong communication skills.
• 5+ years developing within business intelligence tools to retrieve, visualize, and interpret data (Qlik, Tableau, Power BI, etc.).
• Experience with big data management tools (BigQuery, Snowflake, Databricks, etc.).
• Experience working with data and driving insights using ERP data; SAP experience is a plus.
• Knowledgeable about data architecture best practices and maintaining data for analytical use cases.
• Expert proficiency in querying data using relational database management systems (SQL).
• Experience using AI solutions while ensuring safety, integrity, and data privacy.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a thought leader and strategic advisor by providing data-driven insights to improve performance across all business functions.
• Develop and maintain BI solutions including data ingestion, transformation, and front-end development.
• Mentor and support team members while guiding the I&I roadmap and direction.
• Design and implement solutions to measure performance against strategic initiatives and surface opportunities.
• Manage multiple high-impact analytics projects with clear timelines and deadlines.
• Develop data products and infrastructure to harness data more powerfully for Parts Town.
• Translate business needs into actionable technical requirements and coordinate with stakeholders.
