Job summary

Topgolf is seeking a Manager of Business Intelligence to lead a team of BI product owners and reporting engineers in Dallas. You will own the BI roadmap, govern data models, and ensure insights drive venue and corporate decisions.

You will collaborate with Data Engineering, Product, Security, and Finance to deliver scalable analytics, maintain high data quality, and optimize cloud spend. This role requires strong SQL, QuickSight, and data modeling skills, with a focus on actionable, trusted

Qualifications

• 5+ years in BI/analytics
• 2+ years directly managing people
• Hands-on with Amazon QuickSight and SQL
• Strong data modeling and governance experience
• Budgeting and cost management familiarity

Responsibilities

• Lead a BI team of product owners and reporting engineers
• Own BI product roadmap across corporate and venues
• Partner with Data Eng, Dev, Product, Infra, Security
• Define data contracts and ensure data quality
• Own data models and datasets used across the business
• Oversee budget, licensing, and cloud spend for BI tools
