Job summary

Fisher & Paykel Healthcare Limited in North America is seeking a Business Intelligence Manager to lead the strategy, development, and optimization of BI and data management. You will guide a team of analysts and developers to deliver scalable, high-impact data solutions and insights across the organization.

The role emphasizes Power BI expertise, data governance, and continuous improvement, with collaboration across sales, marketing, and analytics to address critical business questions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Data Analytics, or related field.
• 3+ years of experience with SQL and data manipulation.
• 3+ years with SSIS or similar data integration tools.
• 3+ years of leadership experience managing a technical team.
• 2+ years with Microsoft Power Platform (Power Automate, Power Apps).
• Strong proficiency in Power BI (reporting, data modeling, DAX).
• Knowledge of data warehouse, ETL, and data engineering.
• Experience with master data management concepts and ERP (SAP) or related platforms.
• Excellent communication and multi-project leadership ability.
• Background in automation strategy or reducing technical debt.

Responsibilities

• Lead data governance and data quality programs for reliable data.
• Advance master data management, data lineage, and impact analysis.
• Monitor data quality standards and resolve integrity issues.
• Modernize reports and dashboards for better usability and performance.
• Identify opportunities to reduce technical debt in the data landscape.
• Build roadmap to enhance analytics capabilities and growth.
• Provide data-driven insights to senior leadership and teams.
• Collaborate with sales, marketing, and analytics for deep-dive analyses.
• Identify opportunities to improve processes via data technology and automation.
• Mentor BI Analysts and Developers for career growth.
• Provide architectural guidance on data management and Power Platform.
• Foster continuous improvement and innovation in the team.
• Communicate complex data concepts to executives and stakeholders.
• Translate evolving business needs into scalable BI solutions.
