Qualifications

• 6+ years of experience in Business Intelligence, Data Analytics, or a related field, with at least 3+ years in a leadership or program management role.
• Proficient understanding of data warehousing, data modeling, and database systems (e.g., SQL, Snowflake, Redshift).

Responsibilities

• Lead cross-functional teams to deliver BI projects and solutions aligned with objectives.
• Manage program timelines, stakeholders, budgets, and deliverables.
• Collaborate with senior leadership to build data-driven strategies and align with company goals.
• Foster a culture of inclusion, teamwork, and innovation.
• Oversee design and implementation of scalable BI solutions, ensuring accessibility, reliability, and performance of data systems.
• Analyze complex datasets to identify patterns, trends, and insights.
• Optimize and maintain data pipelines, ETL processes, and reporting dashboards.
• Define best practices for BI tools and data governance.
• Collaborate with Software Engineers, Data Scientists, and IT to improve system integration.
• Evaluate emerging technologies to enhance BI capabilities.
• Provide technical mentorship to team members.
• Act as liaison between technical teams, business users, and external partners.
• Translate business requirements into technical specifications and actionable plans.
• Drive alignment by communicating with stakeholders.
