Job summary

FUJIFILM North America Corporation is seeking a Business Intelligence Analyst to manage BI reporting across Sales, Purchasing and Inventory. You will merge data sources, analyze trends, create dashboards, and support data-driven decisions for various regions including U.S., Canada, and Latin/South America.

The role involves collaborating with multiple departments, building insights, and providing G2-level analytics to improve performance and reduce costs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in data-related field or equivalent
• 5+ years in data analysis, reporting, and DB management
• Strong SQL and data visualization experience
• Advanced SAP BI/R3 proficiency
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to translate data into actionable business insights
• Experience presenting to mixed technical/business audiences
• Ability to work independently and in cross-functional teams
• Proficiency in Excel (macros, VLOOKUPs, data imports)
• Awareness of budgeting, resource planning, and KPI management

Responsibilities

• Compile monthly/quarterly/annual BID management reports across Sales, Purchasing and Inventory
• Gather, analyze, and visualize data to identify trends and KPIs using SQL, Tableau or Power BI
• Collaborate with stakeholders to define reporting requirements and dashboard specs
• Provide ad hoc management reporting and actionable recommendations
• Deliver master data files to IT for BID applications and processes
• Document file systems and reporting procedures as needed
• Train users on report production, refresh and usage
• Interface with IT to implement new reports and enhancements
• Address report automation to improve timing and reduce manual effort
• Support cross-functional teams with data analytics and insights
• Perform QA and user acceptance testing for upgrades
• Related duties as assigned by manager
