Pride Motor Group in Lynn, MA is seeking an energetic auto sales professional with sales and customer service experience to engage with the local community.

You will greet customers, help them select vehicles, present features, and close sales, while building rapport and delivering an outstanding buying experience. This on-site role includes paid training, commissions, and benefits.

Qualifications

• Bi-lingual in English and Spanish required.

• Must be 21+ with clean driver’s license.
• Previous sales experience preferred.

Job Responsibilities

• Approach, greet, and offer assistance or direction to any customer who enters the dealership showroom or sales lot.
• Assist customers in selecting a vehicle by asking questions and listening carefully to their responses.
• Explain and show product performance, application, and benefits to prospective customers in person and by video.
• Describe all optional equipment available for customer purchase.
• Build strong rapport with customers.
• Perform high-quality, professional, and knowledgeable presentation and demonstration of new/used vehicles.
• Learn to overcome objections, close sales, and perform all other steps of the sales process in accordance with company standards.
• Report to the Sales Manager regarding objectives, planned activities, reviews, and analysis

Requirements

• MUST BE BI-LINGUAL (Spanish speaking) to work with our Spanish speaking customer base.
• Enthusiastic with high energy throughout the sales workday
• Outgoing with a friendly personality, especially while handling objections & negotiating pricing
• Have quality customer service skills
• Possess strong communication skills
• Must have a clean & valid driver’s license
• Must have some sales experience
• Must have a valid driver's license with a decent driving record
• Must be 21 and older
