Job summary

Pride Motor Group of Lynn is seeking an experienced Sales Manager to lead and coach the sales team to achieve ambitious goals in a competitive automotive market.

The ideal candidate will drive performance, manage staffing and training, and work closely with other departments to optimize customer satisfaction and profitability.

Qualifications

• Must have 2-4 years of Automotive Sales Manager experience.
• Strong management background in a dealership setting.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Job Responsibilities:

• Hires, trains, motivates, counsels, coaches, and monitors the performance of all salespeople and sales staff.
• Directs sales staffing and training in ways that will enhance the development and control of sales programs.
• Establishes annual and monthly objectives for unit sales, gross profits, expenses, and operating profit.
• Monitors salesperson productivity and performance.
• Orders/acquires new- and used-vehicle inventory.
• Administers and monitors factory-sponsored programs.
• Displays, merchandises and promotes new- and used-vehicles.
• Reviews market analyses and sales reports to determine customer needs, and volume potential, and develops sales campaigns to accommodate the goals of the dealership.
• Serves as liaison between sales department and other departments.
• Analyzes and controls expenditures to conform to budgetary requirements.
• Maintains a professional appearance.
• Attends managers meetings as requested.
• Maintain the highest CSI/customer satisfaction
• Desk deals utilizing CRM
• Maintain the highest level of moral, ethical, and legal integrity at all times

Requirements/Qualifications:

• Must have 2-4 years of Automotive Sales Manager experience
• Strong management background in a dealership setting is required
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Must have clean & valid Driver's License
