Qualifications

• Enthusiastic with high energy throughout the sales workday.
• Outgoing with a friendly personality, especially while handling objections & negotiating pricing.
• Strong customer service skills.
• Possess strong communication skills.
• Must have a clean & valid driver's license.
• Sales experience is preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Describe all available equipment and add-ons for purchase.
• Build strong rapport with customers and strive for repeat business.
• Deliver high-quality, professional demonstrations of vehicles, new or used.
• Learn to overcome objections, close sales, and follow company protocols during the sales process.
• Report to the Sales Manager on objectives, activities, and results.

• Report to the Sales Manager regarding objectives, planned activities, reviews, and analysis.
