Pride Motor Group of Lynn is seeking an energetic auto sales professional to greet customers, assist with vehicle selection, and demonstrate features in person and via video. You will build rapport, handle objections, and close sales while following company standards in a fast-paced showroom environment.

The role requires bilingual Spanish communication, strong customer service and negotiation skills, and a valid driver's license.

Qualifications

• Must be bilingual (Spanish) to serve Spanish-speaking customers.
• Enthusiastic with high energy throughout the sales day.
• Outgoing with a friendly personality, especially when handling objections.
• Strong customer service skills and effective communication.
• Must have a clean, valid driver's license and a decent driving record.

Responsibilities

• Approach, greet, and assist customers entering the showroom or lot.
• Help customers select a vehicle by asking questions and listening.
• Explain vehicle performance, applications, and benefits in person or via video.
• Describe optional equipment available for purchase.
• Build rapport and perform high-quality vehicle presentations.
• Overcome objections, close sales, and follow the dealership process.
• Report to the Sales Manager on objectives and planned activities.
