Pride Motor Group of Lynn is seeking an experienced Sales Manager to lead and coach the sales team toward established goals. The ideal candidate will drive performance, manage staffing, and optimize inventory and promotions to maximize unit sales and profitability.

The role demands strong communication, a proven track record in a dealership environment, and a commitment to high customer satisfaction. Valid driver's license required.

Qualifications

• 2–4 years of automotive sales management experience.

Responsibilities

• Hire, train, coach, and monitor sales staff performance.
• Direct sales staffing and training to enhance programs.
• Set annual/monthly objectives for units, gross profit, expenses.
• Monitor productivity and performance of sales staff.
• Manage vehicle inventory orders for new and used.
• Administer factory programs and promotions.
• Display, merchandize, and promote new and used vehicles.
• Review market analyses to inform campaigns and goals.
• Liaise between sales and other departments.
• Analyze expenditures to stay within budget.
• Maintain a professional appearance and attend managers meetings.
• Maintain the highest CSI/customer satisfaction.

Job Responsibilities

• Hires, trains, motivates, counsels, coaches, and monitors the performance of all salespeople and sales staff.
• Directs sales staffing and training in ways that will enhance the development and control of sales programs.
• Establishes annual and monthly objectives for unit sales, gross profits, expenses, and operating profit.
• Monitors salesperson productivity and performance.
• Orders/acquires new- and used-vehicle inventory.
• Administers and monitors factory-sponsored programs.
• Displays, merchandises and promotes new- and used-vehicles.
• Reviews market analyses and sales reports to determine customer needs, and volume potential, and develops sales campaigns to accommodate the goals of the dealership.
• Serves as liaison between sales department and other departments.
• Analyzes and controls expenditures to conform to budgetary requirements.
• Maintains a professional appearance.
• Attends managers meetings as requested.
• Maintainthe highest CSI/customer satisfaction
• Desk deals utilizing CRM
• Maintain the highest level of moral, ethical, and legal integrity at all times

Requirements/Qualifications

• Must have2-4 years of Automotive Sales Manager experience
• Strong management background in a dealership setting is required
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Must have clean & valid Driver's License
