Qualifications

• 4-year degree in Business, Accounting, IS, or Engineering.
• 3–7 years analytics and reporting experience.
• Advanced SQL and stored procedures experience.
• Power BI and MicroStrategy experience.
• Healthcare experience is a plus.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving and organizational skills.
• Excellent communication and time-management skills.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Familiarity with Patient Accounting systems.

Responsibilities

• Develop and deliver business performance reports to support operational decisions.
• Perform data analysis and identify trends to improve performance.
• Ensure consistency and integrity of reported data.
• Collaborate with management to determine reporting requirements.
• Communicate improvement opportunities to business unit leaders.
• Draw observations and make recommendations addressing business strategy.
• Guide clients in structuring needed reports.
• Make recommendations based on data analysis and interpretation.
• Develop and maintain documentation.
• Advise and partner with clients on strategy alignment and best practices.
• Provide strategic and analytical guidance, coaching, and mentoring to team members.
• Support continuous improvement through training and cross-training.
