EQ Customer Resolutions in the United States seeks an experienced Business Intelligence Lead to design, deliver, and support reporting and analytics solutions for internal stakeholders and external clients.

You will lead end-to-end reporting workstreams, collaborating with clients, project teams, and solution architects to translate business needs into scalable Power BI, Azure data solutions, and governance practices. The role blends technical depth with consultancy and leadership.

Qualifications

• Extensive experience delivering BI and analytics in a commercial setting.
• Advanced Power BI development, data modelling, DAX, and dashboard design.
• Strong SQL development and data analysis skills.
• Solid understanding of data warehousing, governance, and modelling principles.
• Experience with Azure data & analytics platforms and cloud reporting.

Responsabilités

• Design and deliver reporting and analytics solutions using Power BI, SQL, Azure, and related technologies.
• Lead requirements gatherings, workshops, and discovery to define reporting needs.
• Build relationships with clients and project teams as reporting SME.
• Present solutions and recommendations to senior stakeholders and clients.
• Design data models, KPI frameworks, and reporting architectures.
• Ensure data quality, governance, and documentation for reporting outputs.
• Deliver cloud-based reporting solutions on Azure data platforms.
