Job summary

MAXIMUS is seeking a Delivery Manager to support end-to-end delivery of data, BI, or digital initiatives within a complex organisation. You will work with PMOs, BI teams, and cross-functional partners to maintain plans, track progress and manage risks.

The role emphasizes delivering against agreed scopes, timelines, and quality while applying agile or hybrid delivery methods. UK travel is required, with a focus on operational stability and governance.

Qualifications

• Essential: Proven experience delivering data, BI, or digital initiatives on time and to scope with quality.
• Essential: Delivery/operations/programme experience in a large, complex organisation.
• Essential: PMO or delivery management background with agile, hybrid, or structured methods.
• Essential: Strong planning, prioritisation and capacity management with resource trade-offs.
• Essential: Experience applying delivery frameworks and ensuring consistent ways of working.

Responsibilities

• Leads delivery by maintaining plans, trackers, and status updates.
• Escalates risks, issues and dependencies through defined channels.
• Supports BI Administrators and delivery leads to timely execution of work.
• Maintains operational records, incidents, risks, and continuity planning.
• Drives continuous improvement by documenting opportunities for leadership review.
