Job summary

MAXIMUS is seeking a Delivery Manager to support end-to-end data, BI, and digital initiatives. You will maintain delivery plans, track milestones, and escalate risks to BI leadership while ensuring operational stability and strong governance across multiple teams.

The role requires coordinating with BI Administrators, PMO, and performance teams to deliver reliable day-to-day service, with a focus on capacity planning and continuous improvement. UK travel may be required.

Qualifications

• Proven experience supporting end-to-end delivery of data, BI, or digital initiatives.
• Experience in delivery, operations, or programme roles within a complex organisation.
• PMO or delivery management experience in agile delivery.
• Strong planning, prioritisation and capacity management.
• Experience using Jira or Azure DevOps for planning and transparency.

Responsibilities

• Maintain delivery plans, trackers, and status updates to support timely execution.
• Highlight slippage or risks and escalate to BI managers.
• Monitor incidents, risks, dependencies, and service continuity; ensure escalation processes are followed.
• Apply delivery frameworks and governance to ensure compliant reporting and assurance.
• Lead and enable BI Administrators and delivery teams to maintain reliable day-to-day service.
