Job summary

MAXIMUS is seeking a Delivery Coordination professional in the United Kingdom to support end-to-end BI and data delivery initiatives. The role focuses on maintaining delivery plans, tracking milestones, and escalating risks to BI leadership.

Responsibilities include monitoring daily BI operations, incidents, risks, and ensuring service continuity through governance and timely reporting. You will lead BI Administrators and cross-functional teams to deliver reliable, high-quality outcomes.

Qualifications

• Proven experience supporting end-to-end delivery of data, BI, or digital initiatives.
• Experience in a delivery, operations, or programme role within a complex organisation.
• PMO or delivery management experience using agile delivery methodologies.

Responsibilities

• Maintain delivery plans, track milestones, and escalate issues to BI leadership.
• Monitor BI operations, incidents, risks, and escalation processes to ensure service continuity.
• Apply delivery frameworks and governance to support compliance and reporting.
• Lead or coordinate BI Administrators and delivery teams to ensure consistent day-to-day service.
• Provide clear delivery updates and status reporting to stakeholders.
