Job summary

MAXIMUS is seeking a Delivery Coordination professional to support end-to-end BI delivery and operating model adherence across UK projects. You will manage plans, track milestones, and ensure delivery quality while coordinating with BI leadership and stakeholders.

The role requires strong planning, capacity management, and governance experience, with travel across the UK as needed. Collaborative leadership will enable BI Administrators and cross-functional teams to deliver reliable day-to-day

Qualifications

• Proven experience in end-to-end data/BI or digital delivery.
• Experience in delivery management within a complex organisation.
• Background in PMO or delivery management with agile methods.
• Strong planning, prioritisation, and capacity management skills.
• Familiarity with delivery frameworks (Agile, hybrid, etc.).
• Experience ensuring operational stability and service continuity.
• Ability to coordinate cross-functional delivery across technical and non-technical groups.

Responsibilities

• Support delivery by maintaining delivery plans and trackers; escalate risks.
• Monitor and ensure continuity of BI operations and service quality.
• Apply delivery frameworks and governance to ensure compliant practices.
• Lead and develop BI Administrators and enable delivery teams.
• Provide transparent delivery information and status updates to stakeholders.
