Job summary

MAXIMUS in the United Kingdom is seeking a Delivery Coordinator to support end-to-end BI initiatives, ensuring work is delivered to scope, time, and quality.

You will maintain delivery plans, track progress, manage risks, and escalate issues to BI leadership while coordinating with BI Administrators and cross-functional teams. This role emphasizes governance, planning, capacity management and continuous improvement across delivery operations.

Qualifications

• Proven experience delivering data, BI or digital initiatives to scope, time and quality.
• Experience in delivery management within a complex organisation with competing priorities.
• Experience in PMO or delivery management using Agile, hybrid, or structured methods.
• Strong planning, prioritisation and capacity management with resource trade-offs.
• Experience applying delivery frameworks and ensuring consistent ways of working.

Responsibilities

• Maintain delivery plans and trackers, monitor milestones and escalate risks.
• Provide visibility of delivery health to BI leadership and stakeholders.
• Support BI Administrators and delivery leads to ensure timely execution.
• Apply delivery frameworks and governance to reporting and assurance processes.
• Identify recurring issues and document opportunities for improvement.
• Coordinate multi-team or cross-functional delivery with both technical and non-technical groups.
