Job summary

MAXIMUS is seeking a Delivery Coordinator to support end-to-end BI and data initiative delivery within a complex organisation. You will maintain delivery plans, trackers, and risk management, while ensuring governance, escalation and continuous improvement of delivery mechanisms.

You will collaborate with BI leadership, Performance teams and technology groups to ensure on-time, within-scope delivery and operational stability. UK travel may be required as part of multi-team coordination.

Qualifications

• Proven experience delivering data, BI or digital initiatives to scope, time and quality.
• Experience in delivery, operations or programme roles in complex organisations.
• Experience in PMO or delivery management with agile methods.
• Strong planning, prioritisation and capacity management, balancing demand and resources.
• Experience designing or applying delivery frameworks (Agile, hybrid, etc.).
• Experience ensuring operational stability, incidents, risks and service continuity.

Responsibilities

• Supports delivery by maintaining plans, trackers, milestones and risk escalation.
• Monitors day-to-day BI operations, logs incidents and follows escalation processes.
• Maintains BI operating model and standard procedures for consistent ways of working.
• Supports BI Administrators by clear task allocation and leadership communication.
• Maintains delivery trackers, capacity views and status updates for planning discussions.
• Applies delivery frameworks and ensures governance and assurance requirements are met.
• Identifies recurring issues and documents improvement opportunities for leadership.
