Job summary

MAXIMUS is looking for a delivery-focused PMO professional to support end-to-end BI and data initiatives. You will maintain delivery plans, track milestones, escalate risks, and coordinate BI Administrators and cross-functional teams to ensure timely, quality outcomes.

You will operate in a governance-driven delivery environment, driving continuous improvement and providing clear updates to stakeholders. The role requires strong planning, capacity thinking, and the ability to balance competing

Qualifications

• Proven delivery management experience in BI, data, or digital initiatives.
• Experience balancing multiple priorities and stakeholders.
• Background in PMO or delivery management with agile methods.
• Strong planning, prioritisation and capacity management skills.

Responsibilities

• Maintain delivery plans, track milestones, and escalate issues.
• Monitor operational activities, incidents, risks, and service continuity.
• Apply delivery frameworks and governance to ensure compliant delivery.
• Lead or coordinate BI Administrators and delivery teams for reliable operations.
• Provide transparent delivery updates using standard templates.
