Job summary

MAXIMUS is seeking a Delivery Manager to coordinate end-to-end BI and data initiatives in a fast-paced environment. You will maintain delivery plans, track milestones, and escalate issues to BI leadership while aligning with governance and operating models.

Ideal candidates will balance competing priorities, manage capacity, and drive continuous improvements across multi-team delivery with strong stakeholder communication and a proven PMO background.

Qualifications

• Proven experience delivering data, BI, or digital initiatives on time and to scope.
• Experience in delivery management within a complex organisation with competing priorities.
• Background in PMO or delivery management with Agile delivery.
• Strong planning, prioritisation and capacity management skills.
• Experience applying delivery frameworks (Agile, hybrid) with lean process.
• Ability to coordinate operational teams to ensure day-to-day service.
• Proven ability to communicate updates to stakeholders clearly.

Responsibilities

• Supports delivery by maintaining plans, trackers, and status updates.
• Tracks progress against milestones, flags slippage, and escalates issues.
• Coordinates with BI managers and delivery leads for timely execution.
• Maintains BI operational health visibility for leadership.
• Applies delivery frameworks and ensures governance compliance.
• Identifies recurring issues and documents opportunities for improvement.
• Manages capacity views and planning inputs for BI leadership.
