Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required in a related field; Master’s/MBA preferred.
• 8–10 years of progressive experience in data analytics or BI with leadership experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead two Senior Managers and their teams across BI and Data Strategy
• Translate enterprise data vision into actionable roadmaps and OKRs
• Set standards for quality and consistency across analytics outputs
• Oversee dashboards, KPI frameworks, and analytical tools for revenue-driving departments
• Develop pricing, forecasting, and inventory strategies for key products
• Oversee Salesforce, data warehouse, ETL pipelines, and related platforms
• Lead roadmap for AI/ML capabilities including predictive modeling and generative AI
