Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree is required; 10+ years in analytics, BI, data governance, or related field.
• Experience leading analytics, reporting, or data strategy functions.
• Strong cross-functional leadership and change management abilities.
• Higher education advancement or nonprofit experience is preferred.
• Experience implementing enterprise analytics, governance, or AI initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Establish the vision, priorities, and operating model for Intelligence, Analytics & Data.
• Oversee reporting, BI, and analytics capabilities to support fundraising performance and leadership decisions.
• Provide executive oversight of data governance, quality, stewardship, and information management.
• Champion innovation through emerging technologies, AI-enabled solutions, and organizational learning program features.
• Lead and develop a high-performing team and partner with university stakeholders to advance goals.
