Job summary

Renuity, a national leader in the direct-to-consumer home improvement space, seeks a Director of Data to drive analytics, BI and data science. You will define a data strategy, build a high-impact team and partner with C-level and business leaders to embed data-driven decision-making across the organization.

You will lead data governance, master data and enterprise dashboards, while evolving the data stack with Snowflake, dbt, Looker/Tableau, Python and SQL. This role is onsite in Charlotte, NC.

Qualifications

• Data strategy, machine learning, data governance and architecture expertise.
• Leadership of a data team including analysts, data scientists and BI engineers.
• Strong with statistical modeling, experimentation and ML techniques.

Responsibilities

• Define and execute long-term data strategy aligned with business objectives.
• Lead enterprise data governance, quality and compliance frameworks.
• Oversee ML models and predictive analytics across marketing, sales, operations and customer engagement.
• Standardize dashboards, self-service BI and executive reporting.
• Build scalable data pipelines, architecture and warehousing (Snowflake, dbt, Fivetran).
