Job summary

KCI Technologies, Inc. is seeking a BI & Data Solutions Manager to lead the internal data and analytics team, overseeing data platforms that support enterprise reporting and AI use cases.

The role reports to the Director, Enterprise Systems and requires strong leadership, hands-on BI expertise (Power BI), and deep knowledge of data architecture. Collaborative, cross-functional work is essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a technical, analytical, or business field.
• Eight+ years of combined experience in data solutions, BI/analytics, or enterprise data platforms.
• Knowledge of modern data architecture and enterprise BI practices (Power BI, semantic modeling).
• Proven ability to balance stakeholder demands with prioritization.
• Strong leadership, coaching and development track record.
• Excellent communication with technical staff, business stakeholders, and executive leadership.
• Pre-employment drug screening and background check are required.

Responsibilities

• Own and manage the BI & Data Solutions team, directing work and setting priorities.
• Provide overall technical direction and roadmap ownership for data and BI.
• Balance BAU reporting with long-term data platform initiatives and prioritize the queue.
• Own intake and triage for new report and dashboard requests.
• Mentor team members in time management, task execution, and delivery.
• Ensure data assets are well documented and consumable by other teams.
• Collaborate with Enterprise Systems to align data engineering, BI, ERP development and governance.
