Job summary

KCI Technologies, Inc. seeks a BI & Data Solutions Manager to lead the internal data and analytics function, guiding the team, architecture, and governance to deliver enterprise reporting, dashboards, and AI use cases.

The role requires strong leadership and hands-on expertise in BI and data platforms. You will manage Lead Data Engineer and Data Engineers, shape roadmaps, mentor staff, and partner with Enterprise Systems to ensure data quality and well-governed data assets across ERP and related

Qualifications

• Eight+ years in data solutions or analytics platforms with leadership experience.
• Proven ability to balance stakeholder demands with transparent prioritization.
• Experience with Power BI and semantic data modeling.
• Bachelor's degree in a technical, analytical, or business field, or equivalent.
• Excellent communication with technical and executive stakeholders.
• Pre-employment drug screening and background check required.

Responsibilities

• Own and lead BI & Data Solutions team and set priorities.
• Provide technical direction and roadmap for data & BI initiatives.
• Collaborate with Enterprise Systems to align data governance.
• Mentor team and manage performance.
• Report capacity, progress, and risks to Director.
