Job summary

KCI Technologies, Inc. is seeking a BI & Data Solutions Manager in Nashville to lead its internal data and analytics function, directing data engineering and BI teams while delivering trusted data for enterprise reporting and AI use cases.

The role reports to the Director, Enterprise Systems and requires building semantic models, data flows, and curated datasets to support broad initiatives across Enterprise Technology.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a technical, analytical, or business-related field, or equivalent experience.
• Eight or more years of combined experience in data solutions, BI/analytics, or enterprise data platforms, including leadership of a technical team.
• Experience with modern data architecture and enterprise BI practices (Power BI, semantic modeling).
• Ability to balance stakeholder demands and establish transparent prioritization for technical work.

Responsibilities

• Own and manage the BI & Data Solutions team, directing work and priorities.
• Provide technical direction and roadmap ownership for data engineering and BI.
• Balance BAU reporting with long-term data platform initiatives.
• Own intake and triage for new report/dashboard requests.
