Job summary

Contexture is seeking a Manager, Data Business Intelligence to guide BI development and operations across the organization. You will provide architectural direction, oversee reporting solutions, and mentor a team including data visualization analysts.

This role focuses on reliable, scalable BI platforms and data analytics for internal and external customers. You will lead cross-functional teams, collaborate with data governance, and ensure adherence to standards.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5+ years in design, development, maintenance, and support of health system performance measurement metrics.
• Bachelor’s Degree required in IT/CS/Business or related field; Master’s preferred.
• Experience leading cross-functional technical and user-based teams is desired.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate with Contexture departments to ensure on-time, high-quality HIE/HIT reporting products.
• Oversee delivery of rapid, actionable insights to accelerate decision-making across business units.
• Supervise and mentor staff, including onboarding and development of team members.
• Review and implement policies to sustain best practices for BI use case development methodologies.
