Job summary

One Legal, a division of InfoTrack, is seeking a Manager of Business Intelligence & Revenue Analytics to lead analytics strategy across Product, Sales, Marketing, and Revenue Operations. You will translate business needs into actionable insights and own reporting frameworks.

This hands-on leadership role balances people management with direct analytical work, partnering with Data Engineering to ensure accurate data models and reliable outputs.

Qualifications

• 6+ years in business intelligence, analytics, or revenue operations.
• 3+ years of people leadership managing analytics professionals.
• Strong SQL and complex query experience.
• Experience building dashboards to support decision-making with Power BI.
• Ability to translate data into clear insights for non-technical audiences.
• Experience collaborating with Sales, Marketing and Revenue Operations.

Responsibilities

• Lead BI and analytics roadmap aligned with business goals.
• Partner with Sales, Marketing and Revenue Ops to deliver reporting and insights.
• Develop KPI reporting frameworks and executive dashboards.
• Collaborate with Data Engineering on data models and pipelines.
• Mentor and grow a small BI team, balancing hands-on analysis with leadership.
• Promote data literacy and self-service analytics across stakeholders.
