Job summary

MATRIX BEHAVIOR SOLUTIONS, LLC is seeking Behavioral Health Technicians (BHT) and Registered Behavior Technicians (RBT) to work one-on-one with children and adolescents ages 2–21, delivering evidence-based ABA interventions to help them reach individualized goals.

We offer both full-time and part-time roles with flexible scheduling, ongoing supervision, and professional development to support your growth in behavioral health.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree plus at least 1 year of direct contact with children or adolescents.
• Associate degree (60 credits) plus 1 year direct contact experience.
• High school diploma plus 40-hour RBT training and 1 year direct contact experience.

Responsibilities

• Provide 1:1 behavioral health services under supervision.
• Implement ABA treatment plans for children/adolescents 2–21.
• Help clients develop social, communication, life and adaptive skills.
• Collect accurate behavioral data and complete daily documentation.
• Collaborate with Behavior Consultants and clinical team.
• Engage families and help transfer learned skills to daily life.
