Matrix Behavior Solutions is seeking Behavioral Health Technicians (BHT) / Registered Behavior Technicians (RBT) to work 1:1 with children and adolescents ages 2-21, delivering evidence-based ABA interventions in homes, schools, daycares and community settings. Qualifications

• Bachelor's-level degree in a service-related field with at least 1 year of direct contact with children or adolescents.
• Associate-level degree or 60 credits toward a bachelor's degree plus 1 year of direct contact with children or adolescents.
• A high school diploma or equivalent, 40-hour RBT training, and 1 year of direct contact with children or adolescents.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation required.

Responsibilities

• Provide individualized 1:1 behavioral health services under supervision of the clinical team.
• Implement ABA treatment plans and work with children aged 2-21.
• Help clients develop social, communication, life and adaptive skills.
• Complete daily documentation and weekly reporting.
• Collaborate with Behavior Consultants and clinical staff.
• Participate in ongoing training and supervision to strengthen skills.
