Job summary

Biote Medical is seeking a Territory Manager to drive physician and practitioner partnerships in the Indianapolis area. You will recruit, educate, and support providers to offer Biote BHRT options to patients and the public.

This role is field-based and remote, covering East Indianapolis territory with a focus on relationship development and practice growth. The ideal candidate has 3–5 years in B2B sales (medical/biotech preferred), strong presentation skills, and comfort training physicians and

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 3–5+ years B2B sales experience, preferably in medical device, diagnostics, or biotech.
• Strong communication and presentation skills to physicians, management, and large groups.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM software.
• Willingness to travel ~20% of the month.

Responsibilities

• Develop deep knowledge of hormone replacement therapy and Biote materials.
• Train physicians, staff, and patients on Biote programs, marketing, and resources.
• Read and interpret medical and scientific studies.
• Evaluate physicians in assigned areas using Biote criteria.
• Present Biote training and business programs to physicians and office staff.
• Recruit suitable physicians and practitioners through proactive prospecting and meetings.
• Build partnerships with practitioners to grow practices and retain patients (60%+).
• Coordinate contracts, paperwork, payments, and training attendance.
• Conduct monthly patient education seminars for trained practitioners.
• Assist with email marketing, social media, and web information materials.
• Prospect for new leads and convert them to opportunities.
• Attend marketing and sales events; manage referrals and CRM entries.
• Close sales monthly to meet or exceed targets.
• Respond promptly to emails from customers and Biote team.
