Job summary

Biote Medical seeks a Territory Manager to drive partnerships with physicians and practitioners in the North Miami area. You will recruit providers, conduct trainings, and promote Biote’s BHRT offerings to patients and clinics.

This field-based role requires strong presentation skills and the ability to travel as needed. Ideal candidates have 3–5 years of B2B sales experience in medical devices/biotech, excellent communication, and proficiency with CRM and MS Office.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of B2B sales experience in medical device/biotech preferred.
• Strong work ethic and time management skills.
• Ability to travel ~20% and to work in a field-based remote role.
• 40–50 hour work weeks; valid driver’s license and home office setup.

Responsibilities

• Prospect and recruit physicians and practitioners into Biote partnerships.
• Present Biote training programs to physicians, NP/PA staff and offices.
• Develop and maintain practitioner relationships to grow practice revenue.
• Update CRM with sales activities and close monthly targets.
• Attend marketing/sales events and support patient education seminars.
