• Build and maintain relationships with physicians, office staff, and stakeholders involved in patient care.
• Develop in-depth knowledge of disease states, guidelines, market dynamics, and competitor landscape.
• Develop a comprehensive territory business plan focusing on opportunities and access challenges.
• Deliver presentations and programs aligned with messaging and compliance standards.
• Provide tailored solutions and a personalized experience based on account needs.
• Work cross-functionally with internal and field teams to meet evolving customer needs.
• Represent the company with professionalism and ethical behavior.
• Maintain full field coverage with travel five days per week.
