Job summary

Neurons Lab LTD seeks a senior program lead to build and commercialize a portfolio of packaged BFSI solutions (GenAI/ML/Cloud). You will drive pre-sales motions, PoVs, and partnerships with hyperscalers and ISVs, establishing reference architectures and go-to-market assets.

The role emphasizes offering packaging, pricing strategy, and executive stakeholder facilitation across Sales, Delivery, Legal, and Partners to accelerate deals and scale offerings.

Qualifications

• Experience creating commercial BFSI solutions (pricing, assets, playbooks).
• Leadership of pre-sales motions to convert PoVs to deals.
• Hands-on PoV/PoC to production in regulated BFSI settings.

Responsibilities

• Offering creation & packaging: define value props, pricing, ROI calculations.
• Architecture leadership: reference designs for LLM/RAG, data governance, security/guardrails.
• Pre-sales & deal shaping: discovery, proposals, SoW, estimates, PoV success criteria.
• Alliances & GTM: hyperscaler/ISV partnerships, co-sell motions, enable Sales/Marketing.
• Thought leadership: whitepapers, webinars, talks, analyst outreach.
