Job summary

Qualifications

• 15+ years of technology delivery in BFSI industries.
• Experience leading digital transformation and cloud adoption.
• Expertise with core banking and lending platforms.
• Ability to work with onshore and offshore teams and coordinate them.
• Familiarity with AI/regulatory standards and model risk management.

Responsibilities

• Deliver highly performant system designs and CI/CD pipelines.
• Lead client meetings, requirements refinement, and risk management.
• Coordinate offshore teams and system integrators.
• Develop POCs to strengthen pre-sales and bids.
