Job summary

Persistent Systems in Austin, TX is seeking a seasoned Vice President/Delivery Lead for BFSI Data, Analytics, AI & Integration. This executive will drive strategic engagements, large-scale cloud and AI transformations, and delivery excellence across key BFSI accounts.

Qualifications

18–25+ years of experience in IT services, digital engineering, or consulting.
Bachelor’s in Engineering/CS or related field; Master’s preferred.
Proven leadership of large-scale BFSI data, analytics, AI, and integration programs.
Experience managing multi‑million‑dollar delivery portfolios and distributed global teams.
Ability to drive customer success, operational excellence, and profitable growth.

Responsibilities

Lead end-to-end delivery for BFSI Data, Analytics, AI, and Integration engagements.
Drive data modernization and cloud transformation initiatives across major BFSI accounts.
Own delivery governance, customer satisfaction, financial performance, and operational excellence.
Build trusted relationships with CIOs, CDOs, CTOs, and business stakeholders.
Partner with Sales and Consulting to shape large deals and drive account growth.
Mentor global teams of delivery managers, architects, and engineering leaders.
Foster an engineering-first culture with DataOps/MLOps, AI adoption, and reusable accelerators.
Drive continuous improvement and delivery best practices across the practice.
