Job summary

LTM is seeking an experienced Banking & Finance domain IT Recruiter for US client engagements. The role emphasizes end-to-end recruitment, visa-status screening, and strong communication with hiring teams across the United States.

You will source from major portals, screen candidates for technical and compliance fit, and coordinate interviews from screening to offers. The position requires 10–13 years of US recruiting experience in BFSI and full-time employment in the US market.

Qualifications

• 10–13 years experience in US IT recruitment in BFSI domain.
• Hands-on to support end-to-end recruitment for US clients.

Responsibilities

• Source candidates through Dice, Monster, CareerBuilder, Indeed, LinkedIn Recruiter, and ZipRecruiter.
• Screen resumes and conduct preliminary interviews to assess skills and visa status.
• Coordinate interviews with hiring managers and stakeholders.
• Manage work on W2, C2C, 1099, and full-time requirements.
• Build and maintain a strong pipeline of IT professionals.
• Negotiate compensation packages and facilitate offers.
• Maintain records in ATS and generate status reports.

Banking & Finance domain ( BFSI) - US IT Recruiter

Work Location Preference in this order : India- Noida | Hyderabad | Chennai

Experience Range : 10 - 13 Years

Employment Type - Fulltime

MUST HAVE

• Strong experience in Banking & finance domain - US IT Recruitment. Hands on to support end-to-end recruitment for clients across the United States.
• Knowledge of US work authorization types including H1B, GC, USC, GC-EAD, H4-EAD, OPT, CPT, and TN Visa.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.

Sourcing | Screening | Interviewing

• Source candidates through job portals- Dice, Monster, CareerBuilder, indeed, LinkedIn Recruiter, and ZipRecruiter.

LinkedIn Recruiter, referrals, networking, and databases.

• Screen resumes and conducts preliminary interviews to assess technical skills, communication, visa status, and candidate suitability.
• Coordinate interviews with hiring managers and stakeholders.
• Work on W2, C2C, 1099, and Full-Time requirements.
• Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified IT professionals.

Negotiation & Offer Closer

• Negotiate compensation packages and facilitate offer rollouts.

System | Compliance | MIS

• Maintain candidate records and recruitment activities in ATS
• Ensure adherence to client SLAs, compliance requirements, and hiring processes.
• Provide/ Maintain daily, weekly, and monthly recruitment status reports.
