Job summary

Tata Consultancy Services in the United States is seeking a Business Development Director for BFSI in the U.S. Central region to drive market expansion, secure new logos and lead transformation initiatives across banks, payments, fintech, capital markets and insurance.

You will cultivate C‑suite relationships, originate large opportunities, oversee end‑to‑end deal pursuit, and align consulting, technology, AI, cloud and data capabilities to deliver measurable revenue growth.

Qualifications

• 15+ years of enterprise sales, consulting or business development in BFSI.
• Proven success selling technology, transformation and managed services to large financial institutions.
• Track record of originating and closing strategic deals >$10M TCV.

Responsibilities

• Develop territory growth strategy across BFSI in the U.S. Central region.
• Identify, qualify and acquire strategic new logo opportunities in banking, payments, fintech, capital markets and insurance.
• Lead complex consultative selling engagements from opportunity to contract signature.
