Job summary

Mandarin Oriental Residences, Beverly Hills seeks a Door Person to welcome residents and guests with warmth, professionalism and discretion. You will open doors, assist with luggage, escort residents, and uphold a 5-star entrance presentation while maintaining safety and flow of traffic outside the property.

The ideal candidate has two years of luxury hotel or condo concierge experience, excellent English communication, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced team environment.

Qualifications

• Two years luxury hotel or condominium concierge experience.
• Excellent English communication, written and verbal.
• Ability to stand for the duration of the shift and multi-task in a team environment.

Responsibilities

• Greet Residents and guests as they arrive, opening and closing the entrance door and initiating contact.
• Assist Residents with luggage and load onto carts for delivery.
• Receive and deliver packages and mail for Residents.
• Escort Residents to their destinations within the Residences.
• Maintain cleanliness and presentation of the entrance and surrounding lobby area.
