Empire Distributors Inc. is seeking a Sales Representative for the Summit/Grand County region. The role focuses on calling on customers, soliciting orders, and maintaining relationships while delivering excellent service.

The position requires an Associate degree or related experience and a valid driver license. SAP, Excel, Word, Outlook, Internet Explorer, and PowerPoint skills are expected. Territory travel and participation in events are part of the job.

Formación

• Associate degree or equivalent from two-year college or technical school, or six months to one year related experience or training.

Responsabilidades

• Compiles lists of prospective customers for use as sales leads.
• Prepares regular planning and goals, reports of business transactions and maintains a customer management profile.
• Maintains existing accounts and provides customer service per the company's standards.
• Travels throughout the Summit/Grand County territory to call on customers and solicit orders.
• Keeps the minimum number of sales calls as determined by Management.
• Displays product using POS items and highlights salable features.
• Quotes prices per pricing guidelines and prepares sales orders.
• Estimates delivery dates based on schedules.
• Collaborates with Administrative and Operations teams to ensure best service.
• Coordinates customer training and product promotions.
• Develops and maintains relationships with purchasing contacts.
• Investigates and resolves customer issues around deliveries, billing, and service.
• Attends sales meetings, seminars, and events to represent the company and its brands.
