Job summary

Columbia Distributing seeks a Small Format Sales Representative in Vancouver, WA to drive beverage sales and secure new business in assigned accounts. You will manage territory planning, selling, merchandising and communication of objectives to suppliers and customers.

The role requires a HS diploma, beverage sales experience and a valid driver's license; CSP and Cicerone certifications help. The position offers full-time hours with benefits and a competitive compensation package.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required; CSP training required upon hiring; Cicerone level 1 within 1 year.
• Minimum two years' sales experience in beverage industry; valid driver's license and auto insurance.
• Bachelor's degree preferred; previous grocery/retail experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Manage inventory expenses per policy.
• Sell Columbia Distributing portfolio in assigned accounts.
• Develop programs for customer base and increase distribution.
• Submit required reporting, preplans, trackers, surveys, MVPs, and mileage logs by due date.
• Maintain MVP standards in 80% of accounts surveyed; exceed MVP in 20% of accounts.
• Accomplish sales and distribution goals by executing monthly, quarterly and annual objectives.
