Job summary

Riverside Refreshments seeks an experienced Area Sales Support Supervisor to service Ware, Pierce, Wayne, Bacon, Appling, and Jeff Davis counties in Georgia. You will lead in-store initiatives and support our beverage business with strong sales expertise.

The role emphasizes building displays, coordinating with the sales team, and ensuring policy compliance while maintaining customer confidentiality. A valid driver’s license and ability to lift up to 50 lbs are required.

Qualifications

• Education: Associate’s Degree or equivalent work experience.
• Experience: 1–3 years Food and Beverage preferred.
• Computer Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Market our brand of soft drinks and grow sales in assigned counties.
• Build and maintain in-store displays and support the sales team.
• Communicate with customers and employees on pricing, products and issues at customer locations.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, OSHA and local laws.
• Maintain confidentiality of customer and financial information and promotions.
• Work assigned schedule and attend as required, with flexibility for workload.
