Job summary

Riverside Refreshments is seeking an Area Sales Support Supervisor to lead the beverage sales team across Ware, Pierce, Wayne, Bacon, Appling and Jeff Davis counties in Georgia. You will oversee in-store displays, support the sales force, and drive growth in local markets.

The role requires a strong leader with Sales and customer service experience, and a commitment to safety, accuracy, and timely communications with customers and staff.

Qualifications

• Associate’s degree or 2+ years related work experience.
• 1-3 years in Food and Beverage preferred.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• Ability to work quickly, independently, and multi-task.
• Will pass pre-employment drug screen and background check.

Responsibilities

• Market our brand of soft drinks to customers.
• Build and maintain in-store displays; support sales team.
• Communicate with customers and staff on pricing, products, and issues.
• Ensure adherence to policies, safety standards, and laws.
• Maintain confidentiality of customer and financial information.
• Regular attendance and willingness to work overtime as required.
