Job summary

Riverside Refreshments is seeking an Area Sales Support Supervisor to serve Ware, Pierce, Wayne, Bacon, Appling, and Jeff Davis counties. You will lead in-store promotions, manage point-of-sale displays, and support the sales team to grow beverage sales in our market.

The role requires 1–3 years in food and beverage, strong Microsoft Office skills, and a proven ability to communicate effectively with customers. A valid driver’s license is required; travel within the counties will be needed.

Qualifications

• Associate’s Degree (two-year college or technical school) or equivalent work experience.
• 1–3 years Food and Beverage experience preferred.
• Must be proficient in Microsoft Office; VIP knowledge is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Market our brand of soft drinks and increase sales.
• Build and maintain in-store displays and support the sales team.
• Communicate with customers and employees regarding pricing, products, and issues at customer locations.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, safety standards and laws.
• Maintain confidentiality of customer and financial information, promotions and pricing.
• Work assigned schedule with regular attendance and flexibility as workload demands.
