Job summary

Riverside Refreshments in Georgia seeks an Area Sales Support Supervisor to oversee beverage distribution across Ware, Pierce, Wayne, Bacon, Appling, Jeff Davis counties, guiding the sales team to expand market share.

Responsibilities include building in-store displays, performing resets, coordinating with customers and staff, and ensuring policy and safety compliance. The role requires strong leadership, communication, and multi-tasking abilities with reliable attendance.

Qualifications

• Education: Associate’s Degree or equivalent work experience.
• Experience: 1-3 years in Food and Beverage preferred.
• Computer Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Office; knowledge of VIP is a plus.
• Other Requirements: Valid driver's license and ability to pass screenings.

Responsibilities

• Market the brand of soft drinks to customers.
• Build and maintain in-store displays; perform resets and support the sales team.
• Communicate with customers and staff about pricing, products, and issues at the location.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and safety regulations.
• Maintain confidentiality of customer and financial information; manage orders and paperwork.
• Work assigned schedule and attend work consistently; perform other duties as required.
