Riverside Refreshments in Georgia is seeking an Area Sales Support Supervisor to lead the beverage team and grow sales across Ware, Pierce, Wayne, Bacon, Appling, and Jeff Davis counties. The role focuses on merchandising, customer relations, and supporting the sales force in a fast-paced market.

The ideal candidate has 1-3 years in Food & Beverage, strong MS Office skills, and a valid driver’s license. Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs and multitask effectively in a dynamic environment.

Qualifications

• Education: Associate’s Degree (two-year college or technical school) or equivalent work experience.
• Experience: 1-3 years Food and Beverage experience preferred.
• Computer Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Office.
• Other Requirements: Knowledge of retail sales and distribution; beverage industry; product line; standard selling practices; Microsoft Office Suite, VIP; skills include selling products, customer service; ability to multi-task, write orders, operate a computer; communicate clearly; adapt to change.
• Certificates & Licenses: Valid driver’s license and insurability to operate a vehicle.

Responsibilities

• Market our brand of soft drinks and build in-store displays.
• Support the sales team and perform resets.
• Communicate pricing, products and equipment issues with customers and staff.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, OSHA and local laws.
• Maintain confidentiality of customer and financial information, promotions and pricing.
• Maintain regular attendance and perform related duties as required.
