Job summary

Riverside Refreshments is seeking an Area Sales Supervisor to oversee our beverage business across Ware, Pierce, Wayne, Bacon, Appling, and Jeff Davis counties in Georgia, with focus on growing market share and profitability. You will lead a team, market our brand, and support the sales function in a local beverage company.

Responsibilities include building displays, coordinating with customers and staff on pricing and product issues, and ensuring compliance with policies and laws.

Qualifications

• Education: Associate’s Degree or equivalent work experience.
• Experience: 1-3 years Food and Beverage preferred.
• Computer Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Office.
• Other: Knowledge of retail sales and distribution; strong selling and customer service skills.
• Must have a valid driver’s license and be insurable.
• Pre-employment drug screen and background check required.

Responsibilities

• Market and sell our beverage brand to in-store customers.
• Build and maintain in-store displays and support the sales team.
• Communicate pricing, products, and equipment issues to customers and staff.
• Ensure adherence to company policies, OSHA and local laws.
• Maintain confidentiality of customer and financial information.
• Work assigned schedule with regular attendance and flexibility.
