Job summary

Riverside Refreshments in Augusta, GA is seeking an Area Sales Support Supervisor to lead the beverage sales efforts for Ware, Pierce, Wayne, Bacon, Appling, and Jeff Davis counties. The role focuses on growing our beverage business by selling established products with company standards.

You will guide the sales team, build in-store displays, manage customer relationships, and ensure compliance with safety and company policies. A valid driver’s license and pre-employment screening are required.

Qualifications

• Education: Associate’s Degree or equivalent work experience.
• Experience: 1-3 years Food and Beverage experience preferred.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office; ability to enter and process orders.
• Must have a valid driver’s license and be insurable to operate a vehicle.
• Pre-employment drug screening and criminal background check required.

Responsibilities

• Market Riverside Refreshments' soft drink brands to customers.
• Build and maintain in-store displays, perform resets, and support the sales team.
• Communicate with customers and staff on pricing, products, and issues at the customer location.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, safety standards, and applicable laws.
• Develop relationships, process orders, and maintain accurate customer information.
• Adhere to schedule and attendance requirements; assist with other duties as needed.
