Job summary

Johnson Brothers in the Greenville/Washington, NC area is seeking a Sales Consultant In Training to service accounts, stock shelves, build displays, and follow up after deliveries. You will travel the territory, maintain relationships, and help achieve sales objectives with promotions and in-store tastings.

Weekend and holiday hours are required. Join a family-owned distributor delivering top beverage brands and supporting growth and excellence.

Qualifications

Experience in liquor industry preferred.
Must be goal and results oriented.
Ability to work independently, meet deadlines and prioritize tasks.
Professional written and oral communication skills required.
Reliable transportation with valid insurance and good driving record.
Ability to lift up to 50 pounds as needed.

Responsibilities

Travel throughout the assigned territory to service accounts.
Check quantities on display, stock, and shelf placement; service accounts.
Fill shelves from displays and back stock to minimize out-of-stock items.
Develop and maintain relationships with customers.
Communicate with Sales Consultants about buyer preferences and inventory.
Build trust and uphold Johnson Brothers values; provide excellent customer service.
Perform other work-related tasks and special projects as assigned.
