Job summary

Keurig Dr Pepper Inc. is hiring an Account Sales Manager to cover Goshen and surrounding areas. The role focuses on selling KP brand products, building distribution, and meeting volume targets in a fast-paced retail environment.

This full-time, first-shift position requires driving to accounts, managing displays and POS materials, and maintaining accurate sales records. Competitive compensation includes base salary, commission, and comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• 2 years of customer service experience in retail or sales with accountability for targets/up-selling.
• Ability to lift, push, and pull a minimum of 50 pounds repeatedly.
• Possession of a valid driver's license.
• Proof of vehicle insurance.
• Access to a dependable and reliable vehicle.

Responsibilities

• Sell Keurig Dr Pepper brands to maximize brand growth, share growth, brand distribution, and to obtain specific volume objectives.
• Contact key personnel in assigned accounts pre-selling products, promotions, displays, POS materials, beverage section revamps, service requirements.
• Develop and implement beverage shelf reallocations to maximize sales of Keurig Dr Pepper brands.
• Participate in installation of revamped beverage sections, displays and placement of POS material according to merchandising standards.
• Stock and merchandise Keurig Dr Pepper brands in the allocated beverage section, including racks and secondary displays.
• Assist in sale, placement, and changing of vendors in chain store accounts; check for proper operation, cleanliness, selection and product availability.
• Maintain accurate sales records for all assigned accounts, including reports on promotional activity, competitive sales and space allocations.
• Maintain back stock for in-store stocking and merchandising.
